Home Made Modern for Family

This standard post world war II ranch home in a popular Phoenix central core neighborhood had been updated by the seller a decade ago. The owners added a pool, guest house & children's bedrooms at that time but, had not finished all of the interior to be MODERN until recently. Now the family has a year round dining rm, library/music room and completed family great rm. The Family great room now accommodates 3 different settings and 6 to 12 people for normal everyday functions and 25+ people for special functions. The room has a media spot, chat area or study spot and small snack table spot and all with views of the Sonoran feel xeriscaped back yard and pool.
