In your home....

1) HOW LABOR PROVIDED FOR YOUR PROJECT SHOULD BE REGARDED

I have repeat business with trades people and skilled labor sources I recommend or hire. This includes;painting, wall covering, upholstery work, light fixture installation, cabinet building and much, much more. There is never a work person on your project that is not known by me personally.

2) MIDDLEMAN

No middle company between me & my client is used for design work or construction work in general. Every effort is made to pass on to the client the most direct pricing available to the designer. On occasion I will back myself out of the work that needs to be performed so that my client can pay a very qualified vendor source directly.

3) GOOD MANNERS & SKILLED LABOR QUALIFICATIONS

I go direct whenever possible to my chosen fabricator, vendor, tradesmen, craftsmen or artist who I have interviewed and pre-qualified as a source that knows how to conduct themselves to work in and on your property aside from providing a very high level of skilled labor and services that I respect & admire.

4) BUDGET CONSTRAINTS

Sometimes my "preferred source" can provide work and agreements directly with my client while I consult, coordinate and project manage or "get out of the way"! This is a case by case basis with the intention of achieving a quality end result for the client’s project overall.

5) ETHICS & PERFORMANCE GOALS OF TEAM MEMBERS

I use my own "high performance" service providers and team members first and foremost (which I have spent years developing). We are scrupulously accountable to each other. I would trust them with my own personal information and bank account number if I had to though I do not give out any kind of personal information ever to anyone.

I do have direct banking links with a couple of service providers as I deposit directly into their bank account. Banking information can be shared only with people that are close and proven trustworthy so, that is the very high level and quality of working relationships I must have. Anything less makes no sense as we are working on properties where valuable items are usually present.

6) WORK INTEGRITY

Scrupulous accountability, Team building, Communication, Ongoing coordination, Design excellence and Design problem solving are a huge part of the "service mission" that I and my service team bring to all my clients.

7) WORK STYLE & THE PERSONAL REWARD OF A BEAUTIFUL WELL-DONE WORK!

Though qualified for "exclusive" settings and large budgets with our standards, history and practices, we are in fact equally drawn to small projects. We love small simple jobs and everyday INTERIORS as this seems to bring us as much personal reward and smiles as larger longer-term projects. When you're happy.... we’re happy and this seems quaint but, it’s oh so true!
